Job Summary
Check in with a department leader or store associate Walk through the store to assess inventory levels and request backstock Fill displays and stock shelves Assist customers when needed Complete other projects as instructed Clean up the work area Check out with a department leader or store associate Education and Experience Profile
High school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of retail or sales experience. Motivation and drive to succeed. Clear and professional communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays if needed. Compensation and Perks
Hourly pay starting at $19.50 Flexible scheduling Paid mileage $25/month for cell phone Work Environment
Stand, walk, and climb ladders Lift and/or move up to 60 pounds Grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls Have strong vision abilities (close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus) The noise level and working conditions may be similar to those for a warehouse facility. Exposure to weather conditions while traveling between assigned stores.
