Sales Manager (Hybrid)
As a District Sales Manager, you are accountable for hiring and developing a team of sales professionals and growing the area.

1st year compensation plans range from $70,000-$100,000
Responsibilities
Attract various levels of sales talent to build a team of successful individuals.
Develop sales associates to increase their knowledge, experience, and earnings year after year.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
Plan week‑in‑advance territory activities to prioritize customer stops and growth.
Meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven sales programs and processes taught in training workshops.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and provide cost‑saving reports to customers.
Requirements
Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibit(s) reviewed prior to execution.
2‑4 years of experience in hiring, training, and/or managing individuals and teams.
Ability to travel to customer and associate locations and company meetings within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage minimums.
