Position Overview We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote Hotel & Vacation Advisor. In this role, you will assist clients with selecting accommodations, coordinating vacation plans, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and hospitality industry. No prior experience is required. Training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with exploring hotel options, vacation packages, and resort stays

Provide guidance based on client preferences, travel goals, and budget considerations

Support the booking and confirmation process for accommodations and travel services

Communicate clearly regarding reservation details, availability, and travel requirements

Review travel information for accuracy, including dates and guest details

Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities

Comfortable using online tools and booking platforms

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required

$45,000 - $75,000 a year
