Sales Enablement Associate
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Pay Range: $54,300 - $69,992 USD
This role is ideal for someone who is tech‑savvy and process‑oriented, focusing on building outreach sequences, refining market positioning, and leveraging AI tools to support the sales team.
Core Responsibilities
Set up and manage automated outreach campaigns.
Maintain and enrich CRM data, handle lead routing, and provide sales team support.
Research and implement AI tools to automate tasks for sales reps.
Design and document sales process flows.
Gather product feedback from the field to refine offerings and collateral.
Qualifications
0‑2 years of experience in Sales, Ops, or a related internship.
Foundational understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
A drive for automation and efficiency.
Ability to visualize and document complex processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce, Sales Engagement/Outreach/HubSpot, Visio.
Experience with LLMs (CoPilot, Gemini) for business productivity.
