Job Overview
AmLaw firm seeks a Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of paralegal experience and previous support on real estate matters such as title commitments, zoning reports, surveys, and due diligence coordination.
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred
5+ years of paralegal experience
Experience supporting attorneys with real estate matters (reviewing documents, coordinating due diligence, etc.)
Responsibilities & Expectations Assist attorneys with real estate transaction matters including title commitment preparation, review of zoning reports and surveys, coordination of due diligence, and related tasks. Will be expected to manage 1,600 billable hours and work in an in-office hybrid setup.
