This Might Be a Fit If… You have:

Minimum 2+ years

experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) as a CSR or dispatcher.

Mandatory:

Real‑world, hands‑on ServiceTitan experience.

A natural sense of urgency and responsibility—you don’t drop balls.

Clear communication, calm energy, and a team‑first attitude.

An eye for details, a heart for customers, and a brain that thrives on logistics.

You’re someone who:
