Lead Pastor

The Bridge Bible Church is seeking a vision-oriented, relationally-driven Lead Pastor to shepherd our church into its next chapter of ministry. Founded in 2003, The Bridge has grown into a community of nearly 2,000 weekly attendees with a vibrant online presence, dedicated to seeing neighborhoods filled with families centered on Jesus actively living out the gospel. We are a church that values Truth, Life Transformation, Authentic Community, and an External Focus. We are looking for a leader who will serve as our “Lead Shepherd”—someone who loves the Word, loves the staff, and has the strategic heart to lead us into our next season.
