The Opportunity Join our team as an
Ophthalmic Scribe/Technician ! You’ll play a key role in the patient experience—assisting providers, performing eye tests, documenting exams, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.
What You’ll Do
Prepare charts/EMRs and exam rooms
Record patient history, testing results, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Perform eye tests (visual acuity, tonometry, dilation, OCT, etc.)
Assist physicians during exams and minor procedures
Maintain equipment and manage patient flow
Ensure infection control and confidentiality at all times
What You’ll Bring
2–3+ years in an ophthalmic or medical setting
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience as a Medical Scribe or Ophthalmic Technician (COA/COT) preferred
Knowledge of ocular pharmacology a plus
Friendly, dependable, and adaptable team player
