Sanitation of all kitchen and dining room dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and cookware.
Meeting all compliance standards for sanitation in the kitchen, storage areas, dining room, and service halls.
Requirements
Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
Knowledge of mechanical landscaping equipment.
Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
