Burning Tree Country Club is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hands‑on Clubhouse Landscaper to support the maintenance and presentation of all landscaped areas surrounding the Clubhouse and related facilities.

This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and health of all grounds outside of the golf course, including entrances, walkways, patios, and landscape beds. Through consistency, attention to detail, and pride in presentation, the Clubhouse Landscaper plays a key role in creating the welcoming and polished environment our Members and guests expect.

As a Clubhouse Landscaper, you directly contribute to the first impression and overall Member experience at the Club.

The Essentials

Maintain landscaped areas around the Clubhouse, entrances, patios, walkways, and parking areas

Perform planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, and seasonal landscape maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor Member‑facing spaces

Assist with irrigation of landscaped areas and monitor plant health

Operate landscaping equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers safely and efficiently

Support event setup needs related to outdoor areas and presentation

Remove debris, leaves, and litter from all landscaped and hardscape areas

Assist with seasonal projects, including flower rotations and landscape enhancements

Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the Director of Maintenance

Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Be flexible to support Club needs, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Take ownership of assigned areas and responsibilities

Education & Experience

Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred

Experience with outdoor labor and equipment operation preferred

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and grounds maintenance

Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently

Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds

Ability to perform repetitive movements, including bending, lifting, and reaching
