The
Sales Concierge/Porter
is a vital support within the Sales Department, responsible for delivering a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for dealership guests. This position assists the Sales team by maintaining the showroom and vehicle inventory, transporting vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service. The
Sales Concierge/Porter
ensures that customers receive a premium dealership experience from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers upon arrival and throughout their dealership visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, customer lounge, and display areas. Prepare vehicles for delivery, including washing, fueling, and inspecting for cleanliness and readiness. Transport vehicles as needed between dealership locations, to and from service, detail, or off-site storage facilities. Support the Sales team by locating and staging vehicles for customer test drives and deliveries. Assist in lot organization, ensuring proper placement and presentation of vehicles. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of customer parking areas and vehicle lots. Perform visual inspections of vehicles and report any damage or irregularities. Retrieve and install license plates on sold vehicles as directed. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with valet-style vehicles retrieval. Support dealership events and promotions with setup and logistical tasks. Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed to assist the Sales Department. Additional duties as requested by management. Requirements
Valid drivers license with a minimum of 3 years of driving history. (Required) Previous experience in a customer service or dealership role preferred. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day, both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to safely operate a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVS. Ability to lift 30 lbs. Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
