Powder Coat Painter

We are seeking a Powder Coat Painter.
This is a full-time position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. The job consists of some prepping, Powder Coat, and finishing. Must have at least 2 years of Powder Coat experience. Requirements
Shift: 1st Shift available
Pay: $24-27 based on experience
Health insurance available after 90 days of employment
PTO is offered during first 30 days of employment
Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8-10 hours per day and some Saturdays
Overtime Available

Job Duties of Industrial Painter:
Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating, including sanding, masking, and applying pre-treatment
Apply powder coating materials to a variety of fabricated parts using spray equipment
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, ovens, and spray guns
Ensure proper curing of coated parts by monitoring oven temperatures and bake times
Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and adherence to company standards
Touch up, rework, or recoat parts when necessary
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Assist with material handling, hanging, and packaging of finished products
Collaborate with production team to meet daily schedules and deadlines
Job Requirements for Industrial Painter:
Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred
Familiarity with spray equipment, curing ovens, and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Team player with good communication and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
