Currently hiring Golf Course Technician! This position will support the maintenance and everday operations of the Golf Course.
This year-round role works spring–fall at the golf course and winters with the Streets Division.
Responsibilities
Supervising seasonal staff
Operating and maintaining turf equipment
Applying fertilizers and pesticides
Maintaining irrigation systems
Performing equipment repairs
Keeping records
Assisting with snow and street maintenance in winter
Hiring Range: $27.21–$28.29/hour ($56,607–$58,862), Full range goes to $38.29 ($79,725) plus annual anniversary increases and scheduled 6% raises in January 2026 and 2027.
Hours: Summer: Mon–Fri 6:00am–2:30pm with rotating weekends. Winter: Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:30pm with early starts during snow events.
Requirements
HS diploma/GED
One year experience in turf or irrigation
Ability to obtain a MN Pesticide Applicator License (within 3 months)
Ability to obtain a CDL (within 6 months—training provided)
