Sales Representative, Small Business Services – ADP
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative focused on small businesses.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1–49 employees.
Identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and related solutions.
Sell additional solutions to existing clients, cultivating relationships, setting appointments, and gathering leads from partners.
Assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions and close business in the field.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners, serving as a trusted advisor, ambassador, and ADP solution expert.
Maintain ethical standards and demonstrate resilience, positivity, and determination in a high‑performance sales environment.
Required Qualifications
Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent style; capable of cold calling, time management, and clear communication.
Agile solution seeker: problem‑solving mindset, adaptable to change.
Continuous learner: commitment to growth and improvement.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior quota‑carrying experience.
Ability to build a network and use social media for sales.
Experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or similar industry.
Military experience is valued.
Benefits and Compensation Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience, ranging from USD $35,900.00 to $77,700.00 per year. Compensation may include bonus, equity or commissions.
