Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher / Director to lead our early childhood program. This role involves classroom instruction, curriculum planning, and supporting a positive learning environment for children, staff, and families.
Responsibilities
Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
Teach foundational reading and math skills
Support children’s social and emotional development
Assess student progress and developmental milestones
Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Maintain classroom health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification
Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Understanding of health and safety regulations
