About Our Agency: I opened my agency in July 2001 after spending 10 years as a State Farm Auto Claims Manager, bringing strong technical experience and a people-first leadership style into agency ownership. Today, our team includes six members, many of whom have been with the office for 20+ years, creating a stable, experienced, and supportive environment. Our agency is located three miles from Fort Gordon and operates as a military-supportive agency with many team members who share that background. We are a relationship-driven organization built on loyalty, trust, and stability. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Additional Information
