What do we need you to do? Become the friendly, public face of our property and a key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents.
Where is the job? Dallas, TX
The Job We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
Responsibilities
Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
Availability to work Mondays - Saturdays
Qualifications
High School diploma/GED required
Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
