Our operations function is responsible for processing rebates and incentives for contractors across many markets. Our customer base and volume has grown significantly over the last year and continues to accelerate. You will be responsible for the success of our operations function by managing the team and developing best-in-class processes and systems that handle a high volume of complex projects. You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and partner with core teams across the company. This is a hybrid remote / in-office role based in our Lehi, Utah office. Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-caliber team of managers and specialists utilizing a mix of in-house and offshore teams. Build a team culture defined by ownership, high standards, and pride in the customer experience, where people hold themselves and each other accountable. Plan for and ensure availability during urgent or after-hours periods such as program deadlines, program launches, priority projects, and other customer needs. Process & Systems
Design, document, and iterate on scalable operational workflows that reduce friction and provide consistently successful outcomes. Maintain transparent, actionable pipeline health at any given time, clearly showing which projects are flowing, which are blocked, and why, with owners driving resolution across teams. Ensure best-in-class approval rates with contractors projects approved by programs the first time every time. Define and maintain Service Level Agreements that ensure a predictable, high-quality experience for contractors, program partners, and internal partners. Quality Management
Establish a KPI framework for correction and rejection rates, ensuring all deviations have a root cause analysis and a documented remediation plan. Lead projects and implementation of new processes that improve submission quality and give contractors a continuously better experience. Cross-functional Partnership
Serve as the operational point of contact for Sales, Partner Success, Program Management, and Product — proactively sharing pipeline health, flagging risks early, and driving cross-team resolution. What we're looking for:
Experienced operations leader who has built and scaled operations teams at high growth companies. Effective at leading and developing both individual contributors and managers. History of creating and implementing processes and systems with high impact. Analytically sharp, comfortable owning KPIs, diagnosing root causes in data, and making decisions backed by evidence. Highly responsive and effective under pressure. Competing priorities don't throw you off. Organized and thorough, with ability to hold many complex workstreams in parallel. Nice to haves:
Experience managing offshore teams. Experience in clean energy, utility programs, or HVAC / home services. Familiarity with rebate processing, incentive programs, or government/utility compliance. Background in operations at a high-growth startup or climate tech company. Benefits & Perks
