IFM Sales Executive
to drive growth in the East, selling integrated, sustainable facilities management solutions that help colleges and universities operate smarter.
Preferred candidate locations:
Tampa, Charlotte, DC, Boston, or Baltimore.
Requirements:
Must live within one hour of a major airport; travel up to 70%.

What You’ll Do
Identify and qualify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Engage C‑suite stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver tailored, value‑based solutions aligned with Sodexo’s integrated services.
Conduct ROI and cost‑benefit analyses to strengthen business cases and guide client decision‑making.
Build strategic account plans, lead executive business reviews, and support client retention, rebids, and long‑term relationship success.
Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline, leveraging CRM insights for forecasting, planning, and data‑driven sales strategy.
Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and inform solution design that reduces client costs and differentiates Sodexo.

What You Bring
Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, negotiate multi‑year contracts, and manage performance metrics, SLAs, and pricing structures.
Strong executive‑level communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and serve as a strategic advisor.
Experience navigating a highly matrixed enterprise and collaborating across operations, finance, marketing, HR, and legal.
Demonstrated expertise in developing strategic account plans, managing pipelines, and maintaining CRM accuracy (Salesforce preferred).
Ability to analyze financial models, evaluate cost structures, and inform solution design with data‑driven insights.
Strong market awareness with the ability to interpret competitive intelligence and translate it into actionable sales strategies.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
