## DescriptionCarries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed. Candidate must be bilingual.Responsibilities:* Process and input customer orders and purchase orders* Check for product availability* Assist Account Managers with orders and special requests* Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation and operations department* Ensure proper invoicing of accounts including issuing credits* Work with Accounts Receivable about customer accounts* Answer phone calls, keep up with daily emails and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties* Assist General Manager as needed* Other general office duties as assignedPay and Benefits:* $16/hour, paid weekly* Benefits and PTO after 60 days* Monday - Friday schedule* Company paid Life/AD&D and short term disability* Company paid 401k Match## Qualifications:* Must be bilingual in Spanish language* High school diploma* Strong communication skills and attention to detail* Must be friendly and positive* Professional phone and customer service etiquette
