Production Associate Produce donation pricing to support the Goodwill Mission. Price donations according to pricing guidelines to maximize funds for the mission. Achieve pricing goals while maintaining an efficient flow of donations that supports a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor.
Donation Attendant Greet and thank donors while accepting donations. Keep the production area organized by sorting donations as they arrive. Provide excellent customer service to donors and team members.
Sales Floor Associate Organize the sales floor to help customers find items. Serve as ambassadors for Goodwill, providing outstanding customer service and answering questions about Goodwill or the donations. Ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Cashier Build relationships with customers by accurately ringing up sales transactions. Communicate how purchases support job opportunities for others. Deliver customer service excellence to leave every customer with a positive impression of Goodwill.

Requirements
One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred
Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer service mindset
For Donation Attendants: ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds while maintaining customer service standards when interacting with donors
Compensation and benefits will be determined based on education, experience, internal equity, and market demands. Eligible employees may participate in an incentive plan.
