
SERVER (Ala Carte Dining Room Server)

Description
The Ala Carte Dining Room Server is responsible for performing a variety of duties within one of the club's three restaurants. Duties may include completing customer transactions, cleaning the food or stock area, assisting in the kitchen area, maintaining inventory, performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
Other essentials functions include:
Greet members, take food/drink orders, and provide additional information about offerings or specials of the day
Enter all transactions into Clubhouse POS
Cleans and stocks work areas
Assists in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions.
Requirements
Minimum one year serving experience preferred, fine dining/country club experience a plus
Available to mainly work evening shifts, plus holidays, and weekends
Outgoing, upbeat personality with a willingness to learn is a must
Professional appearance and reliable transportation required
Must be able to stand/walk for several hours, maintain composure in high stress situations, and efficiently manage workload
Schedule is flexible, can work around school schedules or other positions within reason
Beer, Wine and Spirits knowledge a plus
