Job Description
AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs play a key leadership role, expected to live the pledge and deliver WOW! customer service while executing store operations with excellence.
As a Parts Sales Manager you will drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional WOW! customer service experience.
Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
Enforce PPE use and uphold company safety standards.
Assist in managing commercial and hub departments.
Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
ASE Certification.
