Your responsibilities include managing daily store operations, providing guidance and training to team members, overseeing client interactions, and addressing customer inquiries. Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist clients and maintain positive relationships.
Proven Team Management and Training abilities to lead, motivate, and develop store associates.
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
Prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in fashion or business-related fields is a plus.
