The Lot Porter will maintain and move vehicles, keep the sales lot neat, and support dealership operations. This role requires a positive, energetic, people‑focused individual who enjoys making a difference in a dynamic environment. Essential Responsibilities

Makes and implements decisions regarding maintaining, moving and cleaning vehicles. Keeps the sales lot neat and orderly. Moves dealership vehicles as needed. Maintains used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed. Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems. Provides prompt, efficient and quality service to the customers and dealership. Takes initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles. Cleans dealership areas (e.g., walkways and sidewalks) as needed. Maintains professional business attire and appearance. Knows the Five Pillars. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old. 0-1 years of related experience (or equivalent education and experience). Vocational or technical school preferred. Safely drives and operates automobiles and light trucks with automatic and standard shift transmissions. Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential. Valid U.S. driver’s license. Hourly. The compensation you will receive may fluctuate based on factors such as location, expertise, skills, and background.
