Service Writer Opportunity Summary
CT Power, a W.W. Williams Company, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Service Writer/Advisor. The responsibilities include greeting the customer, creating service repair orders based on the customer’s request, and keeping the customer informed of the repair status. Assist in managing a profitable service department through productive staffing, strong customer satisfaction, cost controls, setting and meeting objectives with high initiative for change, and control of service activity. Job Duties
Assist customers with setting service appointments and keep clients informed of the status of their reefers in for service. Open and close work orders promptly. Research reefer recalls, service & repair information with manufacturers' websites. Sell needed reefer maintenance & repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous & professional manner. Work Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Employee Rewards & Benefits
