Saint Agnes School seeks a talented and dedicated Band Director to join our faculty. The ideal candidate is a skilled musician and educator who values both excellence and joy in performance. The Band Director is responsible for leading instrumental ensembles across multiple grade levels, providing instruction in performance, music theory, and history, and building a cohesive, high-quality program. The role includes preparing students for performances that reflect both technical proficiency and musical expression. Key Responsibilities

Direct and develop instrumental ensembles for students in grades 5-12 Provide structured, engaging instruction in instrumental music Form students in musical literacy, including music theory, history, and performance Select high-quality repertoire that supports student growth across levels Prepare and lead performances that demonstrate excellence and artistry Collaborate with faculty to support the school’s academic and fine arts programs Communicate effectively with parents and maintain strong relationships within the school community
