The Role: Restoration Crew Chief As a
Restoration Crew Chief , you will lead residential and commercial restoration projects, overseeing fire and water damage clean‑up from start to finish. In this role, you’ll coordinate on‑site operations, ensure quality workmanship, and guide your team in restoring properties safely and efficiently.
Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean‑up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move‑outs and pack‑ins, and content cleaning. This position also directs, aids, and supervises the Restoration Technicians assigned to the project.
The pay range we’re offering starts at
$22 – $25 per hour , negotiable based on experience.

Requirements
Good communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Previous restoration experience
Ability to travel out of town
Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
Pass background check and drug screen
Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) IICRC
Responsibilities
Ensure timely quality completion of assigned restoration projects.
Direct, aid, and supervise Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers assigned to the project.
Ensure and evaluate competence and quality of the team.
Ensure continuous increase in knowledge and skill level of team members.
Ensure productivity of team members.
Ensure all required restoration project documentation, including forms and photo‑documentation, is completed per established protocols.
Ensure excellent customer communication and relations.
Perform other duties as required. These may include duties outside the scope of normal job duties.
