Route Sales Non-CDL Driver (Mandan)

Mandan Northwest Pipe Fittings, a locally owned, independent wholesale distributor, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for our South Territory Route Sales Driver position. We serve a five-state region with a commitment to service, product expertise, and inventory. Our ultimate goal is to save our customers time and resources. We distribute a wide range of products including plumbing, hydronic heating, utility, waterworks, water well, irrigation, filtration, and metering technology products and systems. Compensation The position offers a base pay of
$30,000 to $36,000 per year , plus commission. This role provides excellent earning potential and includes inside sales support.
Responsibilities
Make sales calls and deliver materials in established sales route and customer list in North Dakota.
Identify and develop new customers to expand sales territory.
Drive a 1-ton delivery vehicle and, when necessary, tow a 21' flatbed trailer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of similar experience
Sales experience and background in plumbing, heating, waterworks, or well drilling preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Prior experience in a wholesale plumbing supply or similar industry.
Valid Driver's License required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Teamwork oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
Professional and neat in appearance.
