What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role—ideally in a senior living or healthcare setting
Strong organizational and event planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative, energetic, and resident‑focused approach
Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
