The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal part-time Porter to join our team at Kalaloch Lodge in Forks, Washington. As a Porter, you will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties around the hotel, both inside and out.

What will you do?
Assist in employee housing area with cleaning and laundry duties
Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts
Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers
Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and distribute all recyclables into proper containers
Report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors
Operates motor vehicle as necessary
More about you
Minimum of 6 months of experience in housekeeping preferred
No experience or diploma required
Must have a valid drivers license
Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to pull heavy carts of stockAbility to stand, bend, lift, and other ranges of motion for an extended time
