Essential Job Functions

The Steward maintains a clean, sanitary, appealing dining environment in a high traffic members-only Fitness club. Steward is responsible for washing and maintenance of dishes, pans, utensils, and food service items. Steward maintains a safe, sanitary, clean work area. Steward refills sanitation packets daily. Steward retrieves and delivers food items and supplies to and from various areas on the Campus. Stewards empties trash, removes and disposes of trash and recyclable materials to appropriate dumpsters. To maintain cleanliness and floors at refuel café, take out trash and to make sure the area is cleaned. Other duties as assigned.
