Porter – Bristal Assisted Living
We are seeking an experienced, responsible, well‑mannered porter to create and maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for residents throughout our community. The porter will maintain the cleanliness of common areas including bathrooms, stairways, hallways, parking lot, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors, and other public areas, per the guidelines of the Director of Housekeeping, and will assist with special cleaning projects and occasional snow removal.
Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).
Qualifications
Upbeat, friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents and management.
Consistent, reliable and thorough with all cleaning practices.
Excellent at providing cleaning services in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality or similar industry is a plus.
Prior experience working with a senior population is preferred.
Must be able to communicate in English.
