
Associate Sales Representative
WalkMe, Austin, CO, United States
Associate Sales Representative (ASR) reports directly to the Director of Business Development in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on collaborating with Account Executives to create strategic plans and open discussions with key accounts, expanding WalkMe’s client base.
Responsibilities
Expand WalkMe's client base by researching and targeting prospective accounts to create net-new selling opportunities
Identify and create cross-selling opportunities within customer accounts
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, adhering to the SLAs set for follow up on inbound leads (MQLs)
Use creative communications to increase customer interest in WalkMe products
Research prospective clients and acquire high-level contacts
Book initial qualification and/or discovery meetings for AEs within your assigned accounts
Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold (and warm) calls, emails and social selling
Evangelize WalkMe and the Digital Adoption model
Qualifications
You have grit and you don't give up easily
Have experience creating new connections and building relationships
Ability to think on your feet and pivot as circumstances change
Interest in technical SaaS Sales
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
Sales training and Salesforce.com, Outreach & Sales Navigator experience are a plus
Outbound Lead generation experience is a plus

Salary: The OTE for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000 including salary and variables.
