Position Overview CertaPro Painters of Nashua & Westford is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales & Account Development Representative to grow our commercial business through a balanced focus on new client acquisition and expansion of existing key accounts. This role is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development

Identify and pursue new commercial clients within target markets

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, networking, and in-person visits

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

Attend industry events and associations (BOMA, IREM, CAI) to generate leads

Secure new business in a competitive B2B environment

Account Management & Growth

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing commercial clients

Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunities

Generate repeat business through proactive follow-up and service

Estimating and Production

Meet with clients to assess project needs and scope of work

Develop and present detailed, accurate proposals

Clearly communicate expectations, timelines, and project scope

Close sales and manage change orders as needed

Ensure smooth handoff of sold projects to production teams

Communicate customer expectations and scope clearly to operations

Support issue resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Administrative

Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activity

Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on performance weekly

Manage marketing and entertainment budget to support customer acquisition

What Success Looks Like

Consistently generating new business opportunities

Growing existing accounts year-over-year

Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets

Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience

Proven ability to prospect and close new business

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Experience in construction/property maintenance services a plus

Valid driver’s license
