Why This Role Matters We are expanding our U.S. go-to-market team and looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the insurance sector.

This is a strategic, quota-carrying role focused on:

Selling complex AI/SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders

You’ll play a critical role in shaping FRISS’s presence in the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to close for enterprise P&C insurers

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

Develop strategic account plans and engage C-level stakeholders (Claims, Underwriting, Fraud, IT)

Drive ARR growth by consistently exceeding quota targets

Lead complex deal negotiations in collaboration with leadership and legal

Partner with Marketing on events, conferences, and thought leadership activities

Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure long-term client value and expansion

Stay ahead of industry trends in fraud prevention, underwriting, and AI adoption

Provide market feedback to Product and Pre-Sales teams to shape future innovation

Consistent achievement of annual ARR targets

Strong pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy

Trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients

Expansion of FRISS footprint within the U.S. insurance market

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience

Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Experience selling into P&C insurance (strongly preferred but not required)

Understanding of AI, analytics, or fraud/risk solutions

Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer needs into value

Excellent communication and executive presence
