About the Role We are continuously building a pipeline of strong Client Success talent to support our growing client base. In this opportunity, you will develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and internal advocate. You’ll ensure clients gain maximum value from Comscore data, products, and services—driving client satisfaction, product usage, and long‑term retention. This posting represents ongoing hiring for growth client success talent across our Commercial organization.
What You’ll Do
Build strong, productive relationships with clients, ensuring goals and needs are clearly communicated across internal teams.
Serve as the client’s day‑to‑day contact, driving product usage, satisfaction, and proactive communication.
Identify opportunities for expanded adoption of Comscore solutions and collaborate with Sales to support cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
Understand each client’s business and recommend product or service enhancements to meet evolving needs.
Coordinate with Product, Sales, and other teams on initiatives tied to client success and regional/commercial priorities.
What You’ll Need
1–4+ years of account management, client success, analytics, or digital media experience (depending on level).
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Familiarity with audience measurement, digital media, advertising, or analytics (helpful but not required for junior levels).
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
Problem‑solving mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00; Commensurate with Experience
