Position Summary The Senior Product Manager, Sculptra is a strategic marketing role that directly supports Galderma’s long‑term objectives of revenue expansion, market competitiveness, and customer value creation for the Sculptra brand. This role will provide marketing strategy and positioning, help align cross‑functional teams and make high‑impact, data‑driven decisions to help ensure the continued success of the Sculptra brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the US Sculptra Aesthetic brand including responsibility for strategic and tactical marketing, evaluation of performance, and prioritization of resources.
Develop the annual business plan for the Sculptra Aesthetic brand to exceed targeted business objectives.
Manage all aspects of HCP marketing as it relates to the Sculptra Aesthetic franchise including promotional investments to support brand growth.
Collaborate closely with internal partners/agency support to ensure brand strategies are pulled through in consumer, PR, digital, and KOL activities.
Lead cross‑functional teams supporting the brand, including current and/or future launches, ensuring alignment and overall brand success.
Provide support and market insight to create accurate supply, demand, and sample forecasts for Sculptra.
Collaborate closely with global, medical, legal, regulatory and compliance colleagues to ensure alignment.
Manage brand budget and promotional investment, providing KPIs and recommendations to optimize investment.
Other duties may be assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, required; MBA strongly preferred.
8+ years of relevant marketing experience in a large, complex organization. Aesthetics and/or regenerative experience preferred.
Experience in a US pharmaceutical or medical device organization a plus; prior experience as a product manager highly preferred.
Proven ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement.
Strong analytical skills and be data‑driven with the ability to take large amounts of data, identify key issues and opportunities and mobilize a plan to quickly address the issues or capitalize on the opportunities.
Ability to inspire others, add value and work well cross‑functionally.
Strong communicator, both written and verbally with excellent presentation skills.
Ability to multi‑task under pressure.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Physical Requirements
Operate a motor vehicle.
Stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear and taste or smell.
Climb stairs or ride elevators.
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Manipulate keyboard or otherwise access computer, telephone and hand‑held devices.
Be exposed to outside weather conditions while going in and out of office buildings.
Attendance at company‑sponsored meetings is required; some meetings or travel may occur during evening or weekend hours.
Travel estimated at 30‑40%.
Compensation and Benefits Position is commensurate with experience.
The base salary range for this role is $175,000 – $185,000. In addition to base salary, the role offers a competitive commission plan and a comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, a generous paid time off policy, hybrid work schedules and more.
