Job Overview We are seeking an automotive professional to promote and sell Volvo vehicles. The role includes greeting customers, identifying their needs, presenting products, assisting with test drives, processing sales, and following up with clients.

Benefits & Compensation

Competitive base salary with bonus and commission structure

Annual Christmas bonus (~$1,700)

Annual vacation bonus (~$1,700)

Company car earned after 15 sales/month for 90 days (qualified after 12 months of employment and 25+ years)

Responsibilities • Greet customers and identify their needs. • Match customers to appropriate Volvo models. • Conduct test drives and present pricing. • Ask for business and close sales. • Make phone calls, send emails and texts, and market yourself. • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and schedule appointments.

Qualifications • Minimum 21 years of age with valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Strong communication, presentation, and social media skills. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
