We are seeking a
senior, experienced Estate Manager
— open to either a
live‑in couple
or a
single professional
— to oversee the daily management of a luxury private residence in Arizona. This is a long‑term position requiring reliability, discretion, and a strong background in estate or property management.
A minimum of 10–15 years of experience is required.
What’s the Job?
Oversee the
day‑to‑day operations
of the estate, including buildings, grounds, and all outdoor areas
Supervise on‑site staff such as gardener, butler, and contracted personnel
Plan and oversee the maintenance of
gardens, buildings, and exterior grounds
Organize and manage all
property operations, repairs, and maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and conservation regulations
Manage all
vendors, contractors, and budgets
Coordinate family and guest visits and ensure an exceptional experience
Maintain high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the property
What’s Needed?
Senior‑level experience in
household management, luxury hospitality, or private estate operations
Strong
leadership skills
with experience supervising housekeeping or service teams
Excellent
communication and coordination
abilities across multiple departments (housekeeping, butler, chef, security, hospitality, etc.)
Exceptional
organization, time management, and prioritization
skills
Ability to remain calm, polished, and professional in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Demonstrated ability to handle
confidential, sensitive, and private family information
with discretion
Hands‑on approach with a willingness to step in wherever needed to support daily operations
Strong service orientation with a hospitality mindset and a focus on elevated guest and family experience
