Location: Houston, TX or Chandler, AZ (hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $51.40 - $66.71 per hour
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm
Education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Create comprehensive HVAC ductwork layouts in Revit (MEP) from scratch, detailing up to LOD 400 for fabrication, including supports, instruments, and fire-detection features.
Translate engineering calculations into constructible layouts, preparing plans, sections, and details that adhere to ASHRAE guidelines and SMACNA standards.
Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks, working closely with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure seamless, clash-free designs.
Assist multidisciplinary teams across all project phases with design development, revisions, redlines, and internal QA/QC reviews to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Maintain, optimize, and assist in developing BIM templates, families, and consulting standards to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables across fast-paced industrial and technology projects.
