
WDO Sales Representative

Overview
Clark Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical WDO Sales Representative to inspect building structures (residential and commercial) for wood-destroying organisms, assess damage, and support insulation and pest management solutions.
Responsibilities
Physically inspect commercial and residential structures to identify pests, fungi, termites, rodents, and related damage; calculate severity and structural impact.
Estimate and sell insulation jobs for residential and commercial accounts, measuring and calculating estimates for removal and installation.
Examine attics and sub areas when available and accessible.
Write reports including findings and recommendations using Clark Pest Control’s WDO Code Book; produce clear, legible documentation.
Author notes, findings, and recommendations for uncommon situations.
Create diagrams and graphs indicating location, degree, and type of infestations.
Interface directly with homeowners, home buyers, and agents regarding work to be accomplished.
Determine costs, estimate crew time, and schedule work.
Coordinate with crew to ensure jobs are done legally, professionally, and within specifications.
Receive and account for company funds.
Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicle in a clean condition at all times.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with construction methods and terminology
Familiarity with wood-destroying organisms and their impacts
Valid driver's license required
Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid)
Ability to obtain Contractor's State License Board Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license within first 90 days
Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments
Must meet physical job requirements: use of ladder within weight capacity, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work in all weather conditions, stand/walk/sit/bend/crawl/ lift for extended periods, climb ladders and work at heights.
