The Account Manager at Edition Studios serves as the central connector between our clients and internal teams — ensuring clarity, momentum, and a consistently strong client experience across every project. The Account Manager leads client relationships, facilitates communication between clients and the internal team, and helps guide projects from strategy through execution. They ensure that client priorities are clearly understood, internal teams have the direction they need to succeed, and projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, and agency standards. This role requires a balance of relationship leadership, strategic thinking, and operational discipline. Effective AMs help clients feel confident in Edition’s guidance while ensuring the internal team remains organized, informed, and focused on producing exceptional work. As the primary client-facing lead on assigned accounts, the Account Manager plays a critical role in maintaining strong partnerships, protecting project health, and helping clients make thoughtful marketing decisions that support long-term growth. / RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Leadership:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build trusted relationships, set clear expectations, and keep clients informed, confident, and aligned at every stage of a project. Account & Scope Management:

Monitor project health across timelines, budgets, and scope. Proactively flag risks and collaborate with leadership to keep work sustainable for the client and the team. Meeting & Communication Leadership:

Lead client meetings with prepared agendas, structured conversation, and documented next steps. Keep every touchpoint productive and moving forward. Strategic Collaboration:

Partner with our strategy, content, and design teams to translate brand and marketing goals into clear recommendations. Help clients prioritize initiatives and connect performance insights to action. Agency Growth:

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships. Support new business efforts through proposals, light copy, and pitch preparation. Contribute positively to team culture. / QUALIFICATIONS

2–5 years of experience in a creative, branding, digital, or marketing agency (client-facing) Proven experience managing accounts, projects, and creative teams Strong knowledge of tools like Asana, Airtable, Slack, Google Drive, and Keynote Familiarity with website workflows (especially WordPress), social/content platforms, and digital marketing metrics Experience with client reporting, timeline planning, and building relationships that last / WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Annual Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000
