Senior International Sales Manager (Central Europe) We are looking for an Experienced International Area Manager to drive commercial development and expand our client`s footprint in the assigned territory – Central Europe (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania).

The role focuses on active prospecting of public and private clients, including public transport operators, municipalities, other public‑sector organizations, fleet operators, leasing companies, and corporate transport providers.

Key Responsibilities

Actively identify and develop new business opportunities in the public and private sectors.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation and contract closure.

Identify customer needs with the aim of promoting the range of products produced by the company.

Experience with public bids, rules and laws of procurement tenders, processes and analysis (ability to evaluate tender documents in detail and filter those which the company can participate in).

Strong technical and product knowledge to explain in detail to potential customers.

Coordinate and support activities of the local agent/distributor.

Define and execute regional commercial strategy in alignment with HQ.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare structured reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Ensure high standards of after‑sales support through the local distributor/agent network.

Conduct regular visits to key customers and fleet operators.

Support local marketing events, exhibitions and product demonstrations.

Collect market and product feedback and report insights to HQ to support product improvements.

Requirements

4+ years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in bus manufacturing, commercial vehicles or industrial equipment.

Willingness to undergo technical product training.

Strong track record in market expansion and business development.

Experience managing or coordinating distributors/agents.

Experience with public tenders and procurement processes.

Native speaker in the language of the Territory assigned; fluent English; additional European language is considered a plus.

Availability for frequent travel (40‑60%).

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.

Ability to analyze data, prepare forecasts, and generate structured commercial reports.
