Job Summary This role supports Commercial Loan Closing within Commercial Banking Fulfillment, focusing on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables tied to loan closing operations. The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of commercial loan transactions, while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support and execute commercial loan closing activities, including syndicated loans
Review and analyze loan documentation and closing requirements
Identify and resolve moderately complex issues within loan closing processes
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely deal execution
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
