Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager in the Northeast region. It involves driving sales and revenue growth through effective client relationship management, identifying and building new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting product presentations, educating and training customers, supporting procedures, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. The Regional Sales Manager is also expected to represent the company at events, provide market insights, and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications Strong business development and sales skills, including creating and managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets
Proficiency onsite customer management including training, education and product support.
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
Knowledge of healthcare or medical device industry; experience in GI-focused solutions is a must
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights into market trends and customer needs
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
