Job Summary
North End Motors, a used vehicle dealership in Canton, Massachusetts, with over 275 units in stock, is seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales for our dealership. This is a Full Time position with a base salary of $800 a week plus commission structure, offering a potential monthly income of $4,000 to $10,000.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all vehicle models and features
Conduct vehicle walk-around and test drives with customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Effectively communicate with customers throughout the sale process
Complete sales transactions and paperwork accurately
Reach and exceed sales targets and goals
Attend sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements
Prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient with technology and computer systems
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
41 hour work week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
