About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing senior leader to join our diverse and talented global marketing community at ICIS, and to play a pivotal role in supporting the business to achieve its commercial ambitions in the Americas. The regional Head of Marketing is responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing strategy for the Americas – reporting to the Global Marketing Director. This role primarily focuses on North America and LATAM. We seek an exceptional senior marketing professional with expertise driving commercial performance across the customer life cycle and strong knowledge in brand building. The candidate must be a people leader who can inspire and enthuse a team through inclusive leadership, high performance behaviors, and a passion for customer‑centric, commercially driven marketing.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the regional marketing strategy for ICIS in the Americas, working closely with the Marketing Director and Head of Commercial Marketing to translate global strategy into regional delivery. Collaborate with local stakeholders to understand and support regional business priorities.

Ensure regional marketing excellence is underpinned by value creation for customers, contributing commercially to our growth drivers and translating global on‑and‑offline strategies to effective regional implementation.

Lead initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and recognition within key target audience segments, ensuring compelling brand positioning lands across all regional touchpoints.

Translate global brand strategy into impactful regional campaigns that enhance visibility, build trust, and drive engagement in priority markets.

Advocate for our defined marketing vision and support the delivery of our priorities: digital transformation, brand elevation, growth drivers, and team excellence, whilst nurturing a best‑in‑class marketing culture.

Build trusted partnerships with colleagues and work collaboratively across global marketing teams including Brand, Content, UX, Communications & PR, Strategy, Customer Insight and Analytics.

Forecasting and budget management. Create regional annual budget proposals, provide justification, oversee, track, and report on performance.

Measure marketing sentiment & ROI. Monitor and evaluate all marketing activities for effectiveness and use data and insights to drive performance and ROI.

Requirements

Extensive regional B2B marketing experience across the Americas, with demonstrable experience building and executing marketing strategies that positively impact awareness, pipeline growth and revenue contribution.

High level of data literacy – able to leverage data to inform and drive decisions.

Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results – proactive, data‑led, results oriented, and delivery focused, with ability to balance multiple projects.

Proven track record of delivering successful brand building campaigns, able to build brand awareness and gain traction in target market segments.

Outstanding communicator and collaborator, excellent written skills, and ability to present at a senior leadership level.

Proven experience influencing and inspiring at all levels with excellent relationship building skills, creating conditions to build confident, effective teams, and motivating, inspiring, and developing team members.

Practical experience with CRM and MAP systems such as Salesforce and Eloqua.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: New York, NY $125,900 - $209,700. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
