
Account Executive I, Retail Media

What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new brand accounts—small businesses in Home, Apparel, and Beauty (with potential to expand to other consumer goods) through trade shows, in-person meetings, video calls, and creative engagement tactics.
Build and maintain prospect lists, conduct outreach campaigns, and drive volume sales of Retail Media products.
Develop realistic pipelines, convert leads, create opportunities in Salesforce CRM, and move prospects through the sales cycle to activate them on the platform.
Use tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or similar) to maximize conversion rates.
Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders—Account Strategy, Marketing, Legal, Technical, Campaign Managers, and Product Specialists—to support client success.
Apply knowledge of the AdTech landscape and multi‑product sales to deliver compelling solutions.
Who You Are
Experienced hunter and self‑starter comfortable in dynamic markets.
Comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and problem‑solving.
Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Creative, strategic, and efficient—capable of thinking outside the box and leveraging AI tools.
Consultative selling skills with the ability to pitch multiple technology products and adapt to client goals.
Strong in discovery, sales models, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Proficient in maintaining up‑to‑date records in CRM and relevant trackers.
