Medicare Advantage Sales Agent (Remote) – Pitch Health Solutions

This is a fully remote position.
Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced Medicare Advantage Sales Agents with a strong background in Hospital Indemnity and senior products.
This is a high-volume inbound sales role — no cold calling, no chasing leads. Our in-house marketing team provides a steady flow of qualified prospects ready to enroll.
What You’ll Do
Handle 100% inbound calls from pre-qualified seniors
Sell Medicare Advantage plans and Hospital Indemnity products
Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through enrollment
Maintain compliance while closing deals efficiently
Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
What We Provide
$20/hour base pay
(based on experience)
High, performance-based commissions
Top agents consistently earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week
$50
bonus per closed deal
Inbound calls only
— no cold calling ever
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (occasional Saturdays)
1-hour lunch break
100% Remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.

What We’re Looking For
Active Health Insurance License
(multi-state preferred)
Experience with Medicare Advantage is required
Strong experience selling Hospital Indemnity plans is REQUIRED
Proven closer with strong communication skills
Coachable, disciplined, and performance-driven
Tech-ready:
PC/Laptop (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum)
Wired internet connection
